🍽 Cooking Instructions (Simple 10-Min Method):
1. Thaw and Prepare the Fish
• Thaw the fish completely if frozen.
• Rinse under running water and clean thoroughly.
2. Steam the Fish
• Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, or until the fish is just cooked through.
3. Drain the Liquid
• Carefully remove the plate and pour off any excess water released during steaming.
4. Prepare the Sauce
• In a small saucepan, bring sauce to a gentle boil.
5. Assemble the Dish
• Pour the hot sauce evenly over the steamed fish.
• Plate the ginger on top of the fish.
6. Serve hot
 • Enjoy your Hong Kong Steamed Fish while hot, served with steamed rice.
