Where is your soup produced?
All our soup are produced in our very own food factory licensed by the Singapore Food Agency.

What are shelf stable broths?
Our shelf stable broths can be kept at room temperature conditions for many months.

Does your broths contain preservatives and artificial colouring?
No. We do not use any of these.

How much is the delivery fee?
Free delivery for orders above $60.
Order between $35 - $60, delivery fee will be $8.
Order below $35, delivery fee will be $10.

What time is the delivery timing?
We deliver Mon - Sat from 10am - 6pm Except for Public Holiday.

When is the next delivery?
Next available delivery is displayed in calendar on the Shopping Cart page. We usually will be able to deliver on the next day. During peak/festive season, do place order earlier as we will close the date once slot is full.

Can I select a specific timing?
You can indicate your preferred 3 hours time range on the "Add a note" section in the Shopping Cart page and our delivery team will their best to attend to your request.

Yes, our Premium Fish Broth Concentrate 135g is available in selected NTUC FairPrice supermarkets.
