How We Started
Fish Soup Paradise was founded by Mr. Wu Sin Min (Jerry), inspired by his eldest daughter’s love for his homemade fish soup. What began as a family favorite, passed down from his great-grandfather, turned into a heartfelt venture in 2020. Today, Mr. Wu shares his family’s cherished recipe through an online store and two outlets in Singapore’s Central Business District, serving up bowls of fish soup loved by generations and neighbors alike.

The Journey
Over the years, we embraced technology and transformed into a deep-tech food manufacturing company—combining heritage with modern convenience.
In 2024, we became Singapore’s first company to commercially produce and distribute ambient fish broth in local supermarkets—a groundbreaking achievement that makes traditional flavors easily accessible in every modern home. This milestone allowed us to preserve our signature recipes while creating a kitchen staple for busy families.
Looking ahead, we are working towards expanding our presence beyond Singapore. With growing demand for convenient, high-quality broths, we are scaling production and actively exploring opportunities to bring our Premium Broth Concentrate to international markets—starting with efforts to introduce it to the U.S. Bay Area in 2025. Through strategic partnerships with local fish farms and supermarkets, we aim to bring heritage-rich, innovative food solutions to more households worldwide.
